Sadhana and Sutra

The practice of Sadhana has an important meaning, which is why it's recommended to all yogis and yoginis. Through Sadhana, you open yourself up to the possibility to perceive and finally overcome any patterns that lead you away from your higher consciousness.

Sadhana simply means "spiritual practice". We come together, we meditate, we chant mantras, we do the exercises, we regulate our breath, and we meet in-group consciousness because it helps each of us. It is a practice that resets our cycles and patterns to the rhythm of our ultimate destiny. It is during the Amrit Vela that prana concentrates and cleansing on all levels is more easily accomplished. Simply being aware, vertical and leaning in the right direction at this time has profound effects as the subconscious, which is usually tucked away and suppressed through tensions in the physical body, is right there on the surface and in our conscious awareness. I welcome you to rise up and connect with your soul in the Amrit Vela! Come and experience the ecstasy group consciousness and the satisfaction of serving your Higher Self.

Immerse yourself in the joy of victory that comes from starting each day with a powerful sadhana and every challenge becomes opportunity.

There is no charge to attend - this is your gift to yourself.

What are the Five Sutras for the Aquarian Age? A New age calls for its own words to live by. Put simply, these phrases are ‘threads’ or ‘knots’ that tie our lives together. Each is a spiritual concept that is simple to memorize and repeat.

1. Recognize that the other person is you.

2. There is a way through every block.

3. When the time is on you, start, and the pressure will be off.

4. Understand through compassion or you will misunderstand the times.

5. Vibrate the Cosmos. The Cosmos shall clear the path.

sutra = a precept summarizing a series of teachings.
