Do you feel it? Are you noticing life situations arise not allowing you to stay in your comfort zone? These experiences that might be viewed as uncomfortable can also be looked at as transformative. It is our choice. What is happening and what will we do with it? What if we are receiving a “wake up call?” That is a call to drop our old programing and begin to awaken our dormant and unrealized powers. Whether it is a personal or this world challenge, it is time to change our course. Science tells us that everything is a frequency, our thoughts, words, emotions, physical body, right down to the food we eat, the work we do, where we live and even the music we listen to.
What are you doing to stay balance, in a world that is unbalanced?
To stay balanced to our advantage requires diligence, dedication and self-care. This is how we integrate mindfulness, restoration, and mediation that yoga teaches us as well as off the mat. We must feel our feelings, experience what is happening and then make a conscious choice on how to understand, process and transform the frequency. We use our free will in combination with the power of focused intention to increase our own vibrations.
The greatest compliment I have ever been given as a teacher was “you hold a sacred space” or “you are the real deal, what you teach you live”. This is not to say I am not human however I have a full toolbox that I use constantly whether it be any of the aspects of a yoga practice, meditation, sound therapy or getting out in nature or on the water is just to name a few. Create your own toolbox and use it as often as needed during these challenging times. Mediation, Yoga encourages us to become ourselves. We must start where we are.
