Watching the sunset is the perfect way to unwind, especially at this time of year where the sunsets tend to be especially radiant. Join Shabad Dev and myself as we will offer Sunset Meditations to guide you into a transcendental state of being. Â A spiritulal practice will help ground you. If you want to feel a greater inner strength, more fulfilment, and happiness within, this is just for you. This is an opportunity to set aside time to practice kriyas, healing breath sequence, guided meditations, and relaxation with the Gong within the group consciousness.
