This class combines the principles of both Restorative and Therapeutic techniques to ease your body mind connection. Restorative yoga is a simple healing practice that regulates the nervous system by slowing down, naturally releasing the layers of tension in which we hold, physically emotionally & mentally. Simply inviting us to surrender to the intelligence of our body, mind connection. Restorative Yoga can be an incredibly helpful tool. We rarely get the chance to sit in silence in a comfortable position without any kind of stimulation from screens or other people, and it’s valuable to see how your mind and body react to that stillness. Learning about your own tendencies and then practicing letting go of your thoughts to focus on the breath in the absence of external stimuli will help you be more focused in all aspects of your life.
