Hatha Yoga is a class designed for practitioners of all levels to deepen their practice.Yoga is one of the most respected methods of self care and personal development. It calms the nervous system and balances the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of ourselves. As the class moves through postures, which are held for several breaths, students are invited to challenge their own edge through modifications and variations. This yoga class will shine the foundation through movement, exploring breath work, aligning postures and Yoga Tune up ® playful rolling to ease the body.
