Rise Up Sadhana

Rising in the Amrit Vela -the Nectar time. During this time of day, the sun strikes the Earth at a particular angle. Believe it or not, the way the sun strikes the Earth has an effect on the human psyche and the human energy body. Grow to love rising early! There is magic to that time period just before the sun rises.  When we practice in the early morning hours together as a group, it creates a harmonious group consciousness.  Sadhana engages us in a process of spiritual awakening to be in conscious state of being where we can be present our radiance not our garbage. We let go and surrender, have faith and trust our soul.
