About the Event
This class combines a gentle asana practice with longer held restorative poses. Pairing breath with movement, the gentle practice encourages joint mobility and the release of muscle tension and builds strength. The restorative postures, commonly held for 3 to 5 minutes, promote deep relaxation and stress relief. Followed by deep relaxation.
